- First, you must claim ownership of your community's page on SeniorAdvisor.com, which is a quick and easy process (see "Claim Your Business Profile").
- Once you have claimed ownership, you can respond to the review by logging into SeniorAdvisor.com.
- Click on your username in the top right corner of the home page.
- Select "view my offices" in the drop down menu
- Once in your manager's app, you will select the "reviews" tab
- In the reviews tab select the review you would like to respond to by clicking the "respond" button next to the review
- Once you press submit, your response will be published instantly on your community's page.
- Once the response is published, you can either view or delete your response.
